In short: At My Timeless in the City of London, under-eye treatments fall into two groups. Tear trough rejuvenation uses Teosyal® Redensity II, a hyaluronic acid filler designed for the under-eye area and aimed at hollowness, dark circles and tired-looking eyes; it adds structural volume and is listed at £500. Plinest polynucleotides, Sunekos Eye and the REJURAN® eye option focus on the skin itself (fine lines, crepey texture, dehydration) rather than volume, and each is £200 for one session or syringe, or £520 for three, as of October 2026. Under-eye concerns have different causes, which is why an in-person assessment comes before any choice.

Volume or skin quality: the first question
Our guides separate two kinds of under-eye concern. Our guide to anti-wrinkle injections vs dermal fillers lists shadowing under the eyes among the concerns that come from the gradual loss of fat, collagen and bone support with age, a structural question that filler is used for. Fine lines, crepey texture and dehydration are skin-quality concerns. As our guide to polynucleotides puts it, hollowing under the eye is a volume problem, while polynucleotides address skin quality.
Dark pigmentation, prominent eye bags and deeper hollows may require a different approach again, so at consultation the clinic distinguishes between concerns about skin quality, hollowing, puffiness and dark circles.
Tear trough rejuvenation with Teosyal® Redensity II
My Timeless uses Teosyal® Redensity II, a hyaluronic acid filler specifically designed for the delicate under-eye area, with the aim of reducing the appearance of dark circles, hollowness and tired-looking eyes. It also contains a mixture of vitamins and antioxidants, which the treatment page describes as helping to restore skin hydration and even out skin tone. Unlike the other three options, it is a filler, which occupies space and changes contour.
Sessions and duration. No session plan or duration is published for this treatment; ask at consultation. For context, our general guide says dermal fillers commonly last 9 to 18 months, depending on the product and the area.
Risks and suitability. Our guide to Profhilo vs polynucleotides notes that under-eye skin is thin and that filler is often unsuitable there, so suitability is assessed in person. Any injection into the face carries a small risk of a vascular complication, where product enters or compresses a blood vessel, and NHS guidance cited in our polynucleotides guide names infection, nerve damage and blindness among the possible complications of dermal fillers. Ask your clinician to go through side effects and aftercare, which the treatment page does not list.
Price. £500 (as of October 2026).
Plinest polynucleotides: the eye option
Plinest, listed by the clinic as “Plinest salmon DNA”, is a polynucleotide (PN) treatment that uses DNA-based ingredients and is designed to stimulate the body's natural healing processes. It aims to improve skin texture and overall skin quality and to help restore firmness, hydration and elasticity, and is intended to support collagen and elastin production. It may be considered for fine lines, subject to assessment.
Our polynucleotides guide is clear that they are for under-eye skin quality, as distinct from under-eye hollowing, and will not correct a hollow tear trough. It also says the evidence is promising but limited, and that there is no immediate visible change. The clinic does not treat with polynucleotides during pregnancy or breastfeeding, where there is an active infection, cold sore or inflammation in the area, or where there is a known allergy to any component.
Sessions and price. No session plan is published for Plinest; the number is set at your assessment and confirmed in writing. £200 for one eye syringe or £520 for three (as of October 2026).
Sunekos Eye
Sunekos combines hyaluronic acid with a specific blend of six amino acids, in a formulation developed to support the skin's collagen and elastin production. Sunekos Eye targets dehydration, fine lines and crepey texture around the eyes. By helping to improve hydration and skin quality, treatment may soften the appearance of fine lines. The focus is on improving the skin itself rather than adding the structural volume associated with tear-trough filler.
Sessions, risks and price. Results vary, and a course of treatments may be recommended; no session number or interval is published. Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, small injection-site bumps and bruising can occur, and your clinician will discuss suitability and potential risks before treatment. £200 for one eye session or £520 for three (as of October 2026). Our skin boosters comparison covers the clinic's other skin-quality treatments.
REJURAN® eye (Rejuran i)
Rejuran i, commonly called Rejuran Eye, is a polynucleotide injectable formulated for delicate areas, including the skin around the eyes. Its lighter, less viscous consistency distinguishes it from the original REJURAN® Healer formulation, which contains polynucleotides (PN): purified DNA fragments derived from salmon. It may be considered when your main concern is fine, crepey-looking texture or dehydrated under-eye skin. The aim is a smoother-looking eye area and a subtle, refreshed appearance, not a dramatic change to your features.
Clinical research on polynucleotide injections around the eyes has reported improvements in hydration, elasticity and surface texture, although the evidence comes from relatively small studies and individual results vary.
Sessions. An initial course of around three sessions, approximately four weeks apart, may be recommended; the exact number and spacing depend on the formulation, treatment area and your individual assessment. Improvements are generally gradual. A topical numbing cream may be used to help reduce discomfort, although some discomfort is still possible.
Risks, suitability and price. Temporary redness, swelling, itching or small raised injection-site bumps can occur, and potential complications, expected recovery and aftercare are covered at consultation. Tell the clinic about any allergies, including fish allergy, and about your medications, medical conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding. £200 for one eye session or £520 for three (as of October 2026).
Related concerns: crow's feet and brow position
Some concerns around the eyes relate to muscle movement rather than volume or skin quality: the dermal fillers guide linked above explains that crow's feet that appear when you smile are caused by repeated muscle contraction. My Timeless also lists an eyebrow chemical lift, described as a non-surgical way to subtly elevate the eyebrows, and anti-wrinkle treatment for the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Whether either is suitable is decided at consultation.
How to choose: questions for your consultation
- Is my main concern hollowing, skin quality, puffiness or dark circles? The clinic distinguishes between these and will say whether a different approach would be more appropriate.
- Is filler suitable for my under-eye skin? Under-eye skin is thin and filler is often unsuitable there, while polynucleotides cannot replace filler for hollows.
- How many sessions, and what will the total cost be? Only REJURAN® describes a typical course (around three sessions); otherwise the plan is set at your assessment.
- Do my allergies or medical history matter? Polynucleotides are purified from salmon or trout, and the clinic asks about fish allergy, pregnancy and breastfeeding before REJURAN® treatment.
- What are the risks, and what if I want a change later? Ask about side effects and aftercare for your chosen option. If hyaluronic acid filler ever needs adjusting or removing, the clinic also offers a filler dissolving treatment, subject to assessment.
Frequently asked questions
Is tear trough filler or polynucleotides better for dark circles?
It depends on the cause, which is why the clinic assesses the area in person. At My Timeless, tear trough rejuvenation with Teosyal® Redensity II is aimed at hollowness, dark circles and tired-looking eyes and adds structural volume. Polynucleotides address under-eye skin quality and cannot replace filler for hollows. Dark pigmentation and prominent eye bags may need a different approach.
How many polynucleotide sessions do I need for under eyes?
At My Timeless, an initial course of around three REJURAN® sessions, approximately four weeks apart, may be recommended; the exact number depends on your assessment. No session plan is published for Plinest, which is priced per syringe; the number is set at your assessment and confirmed in writing.
How much does tear trough filler cost in London?
At My Timeless in the City of London, tear trough rejuvenation with Teosyal® Redensity II is listed at £500 (October 2026). The under-eye skin-quality options (Plinest eye, Sunekos Eye and REJURAN® eye) are each £200 for one session or syringe, or £520 for three. A 30-minute online consultation is £50.
Can polynucleotides replace tear trough filler for hollows?
No. Hollowing under the eye is a volume problem, and polynucleotides address skin quality. If the issue is hollowing, a filler assessment is the right conversation.
What is the difference between Sunekos Eye and polynucleotides?
They contain different things. Sunekos combines hyaluronic acid with six amino acids, while Plinest and REJURAN® eye are polynucleotides (PN). All three focus on skin quality rather than structural volume, and the choice between them is made at consultation.
