Our current public website includes facial aesthetics consultations, skin quality and regenerative-focused treatments, online consultations, TimelessAI support, and selected dental aesthetics-related services.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book directly through our treatment pages, or start with an online consultation.

What is the Online Consultation?

The Online Consultation is a virtual consultation with Dr Vicky, suitable for discussing your goals, asking questions, and receiving initial treatment guidance.

The current website lists this consultation as 30 minutes / £50. Where applicable, this fee may be deducted from your future treatment in line with the website terms.

Does booking or payment guarantee treatment?

No. Booking, payment, questionnaires, or interaction with TimelessAI do not guarantee that any treatment, prescription, or product will be provided.

All treatment, prescribing, and clinical recommendations remain subject to consultation, medical review, and suitability assessment by a qualified clinician.

What should I prepare before my first consultation?

To help make your consultation more useful, we recommend preparing:

  • Your main goals and concerns
  • Any previous treatment or procedure history
  • Your current medications, supplements, or skincare routine
  • Any allergies, chronic conditions, or important health information
  • Clear makeup-free photos if relevant

What facial aesthetics services do you offer?

Our current public website includes clinician-led facial aesthetics, anti-ageing, contouring, personalised injectable treatments, and selected function-focused treatment consultations.

Public treatment listings are for general guidance only. The most suitable treatment, product, dosage, frequency, and areas treated will always depend on individual assessment.

Do you offer skin quality and regenerative-focused treatments?

Yes. Our current website includes a range of treatments focused on skin quality, hydration, glow, texture, fine lines, and overall skin support.

Different treatments are suited to different goals. Some are more hydration-focused, while others may be more supportive, restorative, or rejuvenating, so an individual consultation is recommended.

Do you offer fillers or treatment correction services?

Yes. Our website currently includes lip enhancement, under-eye/facial support treatments, and services related to adjustment of previous filler work.

Whether filler is appropriate, whether previous treatment needs correction, or whether another approach is more suitable will depend on your facial anatomy, history, and treatment goals.

Do you offer weight management services?

We offer clinician-led weight management assessment and support.

Any further treatment pathway is subject to consultation, medical history review, and clinical suitability assessment. This public FAQ does not promise any specific medicine, prescription outcome, or weight-loss result.

Do you also provide dental aesthetics services?

Yes. In addition to the facial aesthetics services shown on the My Timeless website, Dr Vicky also sees patients for dental and in-person consultations at DRMR and German Dental Clinic.

If you would like to book a consultation for teeth whitening, porcelain veneers, Invisalign, or a broader smile aesthetics assessment, you may contact and book Dr Vicky through either clinic website.

What is TimelessAI?

TimelessAI is My Timeless’s digital health concierge, designed to provide general treatment information, educational support, aftercare guidance, and administrative help.

You may also use TimelessAI for the treatment finder, free photo skin analysis, and selected follow-up support features.

Can TimelessAI diagnose, prescribe, or handle urgent care?

No. TimelessAI is not a doctor and does not independently diagnose conditions, determine treatment suitability, issue prescriptions, or make emergency care decisions.

Where clinical judgment is required, including treatment choice, prescribing, medication changes, escalation of symptoms, or referral, review by a qualified clinician is required.

Can I upload photos? What if I have an urgent concern after treatment?

Yes. You may use the website’s photo analysis and selected follow-up tools to upload images for general support or recovery tracking.

However, photo uploads and TimelessAI responses do not replace formal clinical assessment.

If you believe you need urgent medical advice, contact NHS 111. In a life-threatening emergency, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E department.

How can I view pricing and offers?

You can view most public prices or from-prices on the Treatments / Pricing pages.

If a service requires prior clinical assessment, final pricing may vary depending on your individual needs, treatment complexity, and final plan.

Please refer to the homepage and relevant pages for the most up-to-date offers or promotions.

Do you offer rewards, referral benefits, or membership plans?

Yes. The current website shows:

  • 1 Timeless Point for every £1 spent
  • 100 Timeless Points = £5 off your next treatment
  • A refer-a-friend voucher offer, subject to the stated spend conditions
  • A Sister Package annual membership plan

What are your cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible and ideally with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Where sufficient notice is given, we will usually offer a rearranged appointment or, where appropriate, a full or partial refund depending on the service and any direct costs already incurred.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of part or all of a deposit, or a reasonable cancellation charge. Consultation fees and completed clinical assessment fees are generally non-refundable once provided.
